The uneven yarn ring-spun with the same American cotton used at that time is rope-dyed in a special indigo color and then finished with a botanical dyeing process to reproduce the deep color typical of "DENIME. In addition, by using room temperature water for refining before rope dyeing, the warp yarn has darker indigo for the dyed areas yet white remains inside, making it a well-balanced warp. The fabric is woven on a GL3 power loom, known for its old-fashioned looms, so the characteristics of the uneven yarns are directly reflected in the denim.
